North East law firm continues to expand

North East based Gordon Brown Law Firm continue their expansion by adding two new recruits, Nicola Carroll and Leanne Scott, to their residential conveyancing team.
Nicola Carroll, previously from Hindle Campbell in North Shields commented:
“It’s great to work for such a progressive forward thinking law firm. Everyone has been very welcoming and supportive. My case load is growing quickly which is keeping me busy, so that’s great.”
Leanne, who was a paralegal for five years with Wallers in Newcastle, comments:
“I came to Gordon Brown Law Firm to progress my career. Having worked only in repossession sales for the last five years, it is great to be back doing regular conveyancing, and I am very excited to be doing so at a firm like Gordon Brown Law Firm.”
The team have also made two internal appointments including a Paralegal, Daniel Hall, and a Conveyancing Relationship Manager, Stephanie Birkett, who was previously part of the firm’s telesales team.
Head of Residential Conveyancing, Kathryn Taylor, commented
“Stephanie has shown lots of initiative in looking for new sources of work from local agents and IFA’s. We felt she could do an excellent job for us being on the road promoting the services of the conveyancing department to the local market.”
The new appointments take the conveyancing team to a staff of 26 at Chester-le-Street.
Kathryn added:
“This latest expansion to the team follows the growth of a number of partnerships with local and national referrers. We’re also seeing existing referrers generating more work for us due to the excellent customer service being received.
“We continually strive to enhance the firm’s strength, and with ongoing recruitment and expansion we aim to ensure that even with an expanding customer base we can still deliver the same consistently high customer service that we currently offer to all of our clients.
