A new networking group aimed at forging ‘high-value’ connections amongst legal professionals has been launched by Consortium director Lara Squires.
The marketing company director has created The Professionals Network to address what she says is ‘a significant gap in the market for meaningful professional relationships’.
‘Unlike traditional networking groups where competition for referrals often undermines collaborative potential, The Professionals Network operates on a sector-exclusive model,’ the company says. ‘Each city based group is carefully capped at 24 members and maintains strict sector exclusivity, ensuring members never compete for the same business or referrals.’
Squires said she recognised the need for a network exclusively geared towards legal professions after spending 13 years working in the sector. She added:

All applications undergo thorough review to ensure seniority and prevent conflicts of interest and the organisers say the network is‘particularly valuable for solicitors and barristers looking to develop reliable referral relationships with complementary practice areas’.
