New “master broker” launches and becomes ESTAS sponsor for 2022

It has been announced today that Private Banker Finance – a new Master Broker for high end mortgages – is to sponsor the Mortgage Broker categories at this year’s ESTAS Awards.

Chris Bland, Co-founder of Private Banker Finance, said:

“At a time when sourcing mortgages for over £1m becomes more challenging every day, we are pleased to be able to offer this service to our fellow professionals and their clients. Private Banker Finance consists of former private bankers who have the inside knowledge in this market. We are delighted to be working with The ESTAS to raise awareness of the challenges in the High Net Worth mortgage market. We are the private bankers who source finance.”

Ben Marley, Commercial Director of ESTAS Group, said:

“We’re delighted to welcome Private Banker Finance as one of our Principal sponsors for this year’s ESTAS Awards. Giving agents access to this type of mortgage product adds another string to their bows and ups their service levels to clients which is what ESTAS is all about.”

The awards are powered by the ESTAS customer review platform for agents, conveyancers, mortgage brokers and suppliers. The platform enables firms to demonstrate the service standards they deliver for their clients, reviews can only be completed at the end of the property transaction and a strict verification process ensures reviews are genuine giving potential clients valuable intel. The reviews can also be converted to Google.

The famous awards ceremony whose headline partner are Coadjute will be held on 14th October and presented by the UK’s favourite property expert Phil Spencer in front of 1,200 of the UK’s top agents, brokers and conveyancers. This year’s event will also feature the first Official ESTAS After Party held in the spectacular Ballroom at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London, home to the BAFTAS after party.
