Osprey Approach is delighted to announce the launch of a new interview series featuring a wealth of industry experts who will talk about the mindsets, behaviours, skills, and digital tools needed to run a successful modern law firm.
Osprey’s ‘In Conversation With…’ interview series, which intends to build on the success of the legal software provider’s ‘Build Better Habits’ webinars, will take a critical look at the key topics that will empower leaders and teams and help make running a law firm easier.
The first ‘In Conversation With…’ will launch in January 2024 where Amy Bruce, head of marketing at Osprey Approach, will speak to Simon McCrum, managing director at McCrum Legal who will share his best practices on honing your competitive advantage by providing an exceptional, but profitable, client service. McCrum shares insights from his book, The Perfect Legal Business, to help practices become more successful long-term.
Other guests joining the series include, Shaun Jardine, managing director at Big Yellow Penguin, Kirsty Pappin, founder and director at Aries Legal Practice Management, and owner of Hopkins Legal Consultancy, Ian Hopkins. Amy Bruce said:
“We are so excited to launch our ‘In Conversation With…’ series of interviews, which will enable us to take a deeper dive into the key issues and concerns of law firms whilst drawing on the wealth of knowledge and expertise of our terrific speaker line up.
We know from our popular Build Better Habits webinar series that topics including compliance pitfalls and how to avoid them, the best pricing models, and how to improve employee engagement, are all high on law firms’ agendas, but we’d be delighted to hear from firms on any particular subject or specific guest they’d like us to feature on an upcoming episode.. The series is intended to help firms achieve their long term goals so please share your current challenges for us to discuss with the sector experts.”
Firms can email marketing@pracctice.net to share their suggestions.
