The launch of an inhouse ‘Directorship Pathway’ has seen two long-standing members of staff promoted to ‘Associate Director’ at law firm Elite Conveyancing.
Sophie Burke and Emma Brown have both been appointed to the newly created roles with Elite Conveyancing CEO Carl Brignell adding the pathway is intended to further recognise the work of the staff, and reward them with a new profit-share scheme.
Commenting on the promotions, Director and Head of Legal Hayley Hellon said
“Consistency is one of the most under-rated traits in conveyancing and to consistently deliver with a smile on your face is unfortunately even more uncommon in today’s industry. Both Emma and Sophie epitomise what it is to be an Elite Lawyer, constantly delivering exceptionally high service standards, which has become synonymous with Elite.”
Since launching in 2021, Brignell says Elite’s aim has been to be “the firm of choice, not only for clients and referrers, but also for lawyers.” The business was launched “out of sheer frustration” says Brignell after struggling to find other law firms to sustain its high service standards during his time as a panel manage. Elite Conveyancing has grown to 20 staff and Brignell sees this latest career path will
“not only ensure our lawyers continue to develop but more importantly that they share in our success”
Adding
The door is wide open to all of our lawyers and I fully expect every one of them to progress into Director roles as the business continues to grow.”
