A new conveyancing search provider promising an alternative service has been launched by Jeremy Dorkins and Kevin Johnson.
On Point Data is positioning itself as a “new alternative to traditional conveyancing search providers” with an “entirely customer-focused” ethos.
Based in Woking, the firm aims to offer an alternative way for conveyancers to conduct business and process cases even more efficiently.
“Built on 35 years of industry experience, the OPD partnership model prioritises and blends exceptional service and technical know-how to deliver customers the best processes with state-of-the-art technology and personal support,” said the firm.
Kevin Johnson, Co-founder and Director at On Point Data, said the company was formed by himself and business partner Jeremy Dorkins because “[they] think there’s a better way to support conveyancing solicitors” with a more personal service.
“We operate as an extension of each law firm, here to assist in genuine, personal interactions,” added Johnson.
OPD added that they are “more than just a search provider” in that they take on “time-consuming tasks” – offering location plotting and document retrieval as examples – and work with conveyancers to help them manage compliance and PI.
They also added that they offer “impartial advice on everything from Environmental Reports through Title Indemnities to Stamp Duty calculations”, and that “whether you’re a large law firm or a sole practitioner, you can expect the same dedicated white-glove service”.
“At On Point Data, we understand the importance of providing timely and accurate information for our clients. That’s why we have invested in the latest technology and a team of highly skilled professionals who work tirelessly to ensure that our clients receive the most accurate and comprehensive property searches available,” added Jeremy Dorkins, Co-founder and Director at On Point Data.
