National Housing Summit 2022: together we step up

12-13 September 2022, The ICC Birmingham

As the cost of living crisis makes life harder across the UK, the social purpose of housing associations has never been more important.

“We’re ready to step up”, said the National Housing Federation (NHF) ahead of the National Housing Summit which is set to take place in September. They continued:

“[This] is where sector leaders will come together to set a course for the year ahead.”

More than 600 senior leaders will join top politicians, commentators and innovators to debate, inspire, and shape the future of housing. The NHF said:

“With brave, confident leadership, the can navigate this difficult environment to deliver for our residents, invest in quality, and build trust and confidence in our sector.”

Speakers include: Andy Street, Mayor of the West Midlands; Helen Baker, Chair of the independent panel on quality in housing association homes; Reni Eddo-Lodge, Journalist, Author and Podcaster; and Rain Newton-Smith, Chief Economist at CBI.
