The agenda for National Conveyancing Week 2025 has been published encouraging conveyancers and the wider property community to come together is recognising the vital work of the profession in the home moving process.
National Conveyancing Week will take place from Monday 17th March to Friday 21st March. All the sessions are free to attend throughout the week, and with them hosted online and on-demand, it’s easy to get involved.
The week will begin with a panel session on the outcome of the TA6 consultation, launched in the wake of the furore over the introduction of the updated fifth edition. Topics throughout the week include mental health and well-being, effective law firm management, cultivating and developing staff internally as the profession faces a recruitment crisis, and trailblazing women in property.
The week welcomes speakers from across the sector including Mark Evans (Vice President, The Law Society), Natalie Moore (Aconveyancing), Simon McCrum (McCrum & Co), Elizabeth Rimmer (LawCare), Ian Quayle (IQ Legal Training) and Yanthe Richardson (Principal Director, Foot Anstey & President, CILEX), among other.

The week sees the return of the Collaboration Coffee morning during which firms are encouraged to connect with local businesses, introducers, and stakeholders while raising money for charity. The Law Firm Supporter Pack available from the Conveyancing Foundation website, contains ideas for how to make the most of the coffee morning.
And this year sees the introduction of a brand new Fundraising Quiz on Friday 21st March hosted by the popular podcast Bricks & Banter. With three exciting rounds, a £5 optional charity donation, and a fantastic prize for the winners, it’s the perfect way to celebrate while supporting a great cause.
