Marketing for conveyancers

myhomemove conference success

The myhomemove conference, held at the Heritage Motor Centre in Warwickshire, last week, has raised £7,000.00 for homeless charities supported by the Estate Agency Foundation.
The 200 conference delegates heard predictions about the future of the property market from industry leaders, including the Managing Director at Legal & General Mortgage Club, a Senior Economist at ING Direct, and well known industry speakers, Julian O’Dell and Mike Day.
The state of the property market was hotly debated as the speakers looked at topics including lender panels and “how the banks see the world today”.  Predictions by the speakers included, amongst others, house price growth of 4.1 per cent between 2017 and 2027 and buy to let growth.
The day was topped off with an awards ceremony, and charity auction that saw a bidding war to win a day at Ascot.
Chairman of the Estate Agency Foundation, Bill McClintock, commented:
"I am delighted to have been involved in the myhomemove conference where a total of £7000 was raised for the Estate Agency Foundation. This will help us to combat homelessness in the UK. We would not be able to help as many people without the support of companies like myhomemove and the generosity of their guests at the Gala Dinner held on 17 April 2013. We are truly grateful.”
While Doug Crawford, Chief Executive of myhomemove commented:
“It’s been overwhelming to receive so many positive tweets and emails from people who attended the conference. The last time we held such an event was back in 2008, but we definitely won’t be leaving it five years until we organise another.”
