The partnership, aims to improve the property transaction process by providing a full end-to-end solution for agency partners that ensures total compliance and significantly speeds up transactions.
The platform is being trialled across some of Simply Conveyancing’s referral network, which in total spans 450+ estate agent branches nationwide.

According to the platform provider, partners can list properties properly while being compliant in less than five minutes, with all upfront details, including material Information, client ID, and client AML, collated in one place.
The platform will also prepopulate accurate information from trusted sources, including the Land Registry and GOV.UK, to expedite the process. Further platform development will include the ‘Sale Ready’ and ‘Digitally Sale Ready’ product phases.
