Move with Us partner hits £2m revenue

Move with Us Partner Network member, Newton Fallowell, has earned more than £2 million of revenue from corporate property sales and conveyancing transactions.

Newton Fallowell, an independently owned group of estate agents in the Midlands, first joined the partner network in 2002.

As part of the network, independent estate agents are supported with a range of outsourced services including panel managed conveyancing and out of area referrals, in addition to the use of a national brand for marketing.

Other benefits include onsite training, a dedicated business development team and website, mobile and social media marketing support.

Mark Newton, Newton Fallowell, said: “Our relationship with Move with Us has continued to develop and grow, but more specifically, the exponential growth in our business highlights our ability and strength as a local independent estate agent to be able to compete successfully alongside larger players in the industry.

“Move with Us have a number of new initiatives in the pipeline and we look forward to moving our relationship forward with them.”

Ian Fletcher, Director, Move with Us, said: “As the property market starts to pick up pace again, it’s important in these busy times for estate agents to partner with a conveyancing provider that is focussed on getting these sales through to exchange in the fastest possible times.

“We tailor our conveyancing service and panel to each agent and have a large dedicated team in place to make sure sales pipelines are converting quickly, customer service levels are upheld and most importantly, agents are paid quickly.

“We are delighted that we’ve been able to work with Newton Fallowell to reach this record breaking figure and this is just one example of an independent estate agency that has been able to significantly enhance its income by joining the Move with Us Partner Network and using our services.”
