Marketing for conveyancers

Move with Us partner earns £1 million revenue

Independent estate agent Newton Fallowell has earned over £1 million of revenue in property sales and conveyancing income, through working with property specialists Move with Us.

The firm has been a member of the Move with Us Partner Network for over a decade with the first Newton Fallowell’s first branch joining Move with Us in 2002.

Their 14 branches have since sold Move with Us conveyancing and corporate property to reach the record breaking figure.

Ian Fletcher, Director, Move with Us, says: “We are delighted that we’ve been able to work with Newton Fallowell to reach this record breaking figure.

“It’s no secret that the property market has been subdued over the last few years and this goes to show that if estate agents take a proactive approach to selling properties and ancillary services, there is extra revenue to be earned.”

Mr Fletcher said the Partner Network had been set up to help independent estate agents to be recognised for the outstanding services they provide and help them win work nationally from the larger corporate companies.

Mark Newton of Newton Fallowell said: “Newton Fallowell’s relationship with Move with Us has developed over the last 10 years from a passive network friend to a fully-fledged partner whose aims and objectives mirror ours which is to drive as much ‘extra’ income as possible out of the house selling process.

“Recent improvements to our business model mean we are now in a position to drive £100,000 worth of conveyancing out of our offices alongside the many corporate instructions that Move with Us provides. In summary, it’s a happy marriage that appears to have gone past the seven year itch!”

For many the issue of referral fees is a controversial one. Move with Us were unavailable to comment on how they would respond to opponents of the system.
