Move Reports joins Conveyancing Association as affiliate member

Independent search company and new homes search specialist Move Reports has joined the Conveyancing Association (CA) as an affiliate member.

As an affiliate member, the company – which supplies conveyancing searches and property information for solicitors, conveyancers, estate agents and property developers – will be able to participate in member meetings, CA events and online sessions, as well as contribute insights and expertise to the association’s ongoing workstreams.

The platform supports law firms and developers with streamlined ordering, case tracking and communication, ensuring they are progressed quickly and transparently. For conveyancing firms, this can support a more joined-up process, with faster access to key property information and fewer hold-ups.

“Joining the Conveyancing Association as an affiliate member is a significant step for Move Reports which reflects our commitment to working collaboratively across the industry to improve the home buying and selling process,” said managing director Darren Tierney.

“We recognise the critical role property reports play in keeping transactions on track, and we are focused on delivering greater speed, transparency and reliability. We look forward to sharing our expertise, supporting best practice, and contributing to initiatives that help create a more efficient, connected and certain journey for all parties involved.”

Nicky Heathcote, non-executive chair of The Conveyancing Association, said: “Move Reports joining the CA as an affiliate member is a welcome addition to the association and we look forward to working with them, helping them engage with our members to share its expertise and contribute to our work to improve the overall efficiency of the home moving process.”

Move Reports focuses on improving the speed and quality of property reporting within the home buying process, helping to reduce delays and providing greater certainty for all parties involved in a transaction.

The Conveyancing Association is the voice of the specialist UK conveyancer and the leading representative body for the conveyancing industry. Its membership is made up of solicitors and licensed conveyancers, who collectively conduct approximately 14% of all property transactions and 62% of all remortgage transactions in England and Wales.
