Companies in the Movera group are celebrating some significant milestones this month, with one million instructions for Broker Conveyancing, and ONP Solicitors recording 5,000 remortgages in a single day.
The national home-moving group is also actively recruiting for a range of roles across its brands – most notably at ONP Solicitors, where demand is growing for property lawyers amongst other roles.
Movera said of the recruitment drive:

The expansion could be attributed to ONP Solicitors’ record-smashing day last week, when the team completed over 5,000 remortgages – with 2,500 completed before 10am. The milestone marks a clear sign that the remortgage market is gaining pace, ONP said.

Movera’s digital conveyancing platform Broker Conveyancing has also reached a significant milestone this month, having completed one million conveyancing instructions since the platform was launched in 2012.
The platform connects brokers with law firms and conveyancers and has paid out over £125 million in referral fees.
