Minerva launches client-facing app, bringing branded digital experiences to law firms

The Minerva App has been designed to simplify legal matters for clients; keeping them informed and in control, from the very start. Key features include:

  • Milestone tracking – an intuitive timeline gives clients real-time visibility of their matter. What is happening, what will happen and what comes next.
  • Notes and communication – a single, secure location for important details, reminders and solicitor updates.
  • Digital forms –clients complete and submit a wide range of legal forms directly in the app, including matter-specific questionnaires, client instruction forms, and Law Society–licensed documents, eliminating printing, scanning, and emailing.
  • Secure ID verification – compliant, straightforward ID submission tool built into the onboarding journey.
  • Encrypted payments – deposit fees and disbursements paid securely through an encrypted payment platform, with complete confidence.

Behind the client-facing experience, Minerva’s workflow automation keeps things moving, and admin minimal, for both fee earners and clients. When a client completes an onboarding questionnaire, for example, an ID verification check is automatically triggered, removing a routine but time-consuming task from the firm’s to-do list.

The platform also provides smart prompting for cross-service opportunities, customisable and bespoke to the law firm this could something like including an integrated pathway into Wills and Estate planning, enabling firms to introduce relevant, timely services without a separate outreach process.
