An event designed to bring the next generation of conveyancing leaders together has announced its keynote speaker. Leaders of Tomorrow, hosted by Today’s Conveyancer, a networking and training dinner hosted on 20th September has announced that Ryan March will lead the keynote discussion at the evening’s proceedings.
An expert in management, organisational change and bringing the best out of teams, Ryan has a background in the military and subsequent corporate experience in a FTSE 100 company.
Ryan, a Principal Consultant with Hunter Roberts, talks publicly about his experiences in the military, where he served as an Infantry Officer on active Operations in Northern Ireland, Iraq and
twice in Afghanistan. Talking about real life examples, Ryan brings appropriate, yet punchy stories to life… focussed on leadership, teamwork, collaboration, trust and resilience.
Set against the backdrop of a looming succession crisis, the aim of Leaders of Tomorrow is to encourage the next generation of conveyancing leaders to get together and talk conveyancing, tech, management, recruitment, training and innovation.
The lack of new talent coming into the industry is well documented and with conveyancers leaving the profession in their droves, where are the next generation of conveyancing leaders?
Leaders of Tomorrow wills bring a wide variety of expertise and experience to support those who are looking taking their next steps on the management ladder, and want to play a part in shaping the future of the conveyancing industry.
Tickets are still available for the “Chatham House Rule” style dinner event which is hosted in Manchester on 20th September from 6pm. Attendees will be encouraged to come together to network, and respond to the speakers, spark discussion and debate and think about what the future of conveyancing, and their own futures looks like.
