The LMS Podcast: First-of-its-kind Industry Pilot Results

Our 11th episode is a follow-up to the previous podcast, in which we introduced our industry one-of-a-kind trial, turning concepts into reality through cross-collaboration within the sector. Now, as we have progressed with the pilot, we are sharing some stats to highlight what we’re discovering, what we’ve achieved, and some of the challenges we’ve faced.

Our commercial director, Travis Scholes, is joined by the home conveyancing director for Connells Group, Jeanette Coughlan, the chief executive officer of Moverly, Gemma Young, and the chief commercial officer of TM Group, Jonathan Stebbings.

Through the pilot, businesses are working collaboratively, and law firms are working together in a singular place, trusting the sharable and reusable information provided by other stakeholders. And now we want more key players in the industry to get involved and benefit!

LMS’s network facilitates hundreds of thousands of transactions each year. By decoupling this transaction network from LMS’s core applications, we have created the National Property Transaction Network (NPTN), an open and agnostic platform. With NPTN, LMS can act as a trusted third party, providing secure data that stakeholders can rely on.

So, if you want to join us in shaping the home-buying and selling industry, fill out our contact form, and we’ll be in touch!

Listen to our latest podcast to find out our pilot statistics and what we’ve achieved so far.
