Liverpool firm launches remortgage cashback deal ahead of festive period

A Liverpool-based national firm has launched a £250 cashback, which promises introducers the best remortgage deal on the market this Christmas period.

GWlegalis bringing back its £250 cashback deal for remortgage – which it originally launched in 2008 – due to popular demand, and to celebrate its recent rebrand.

If you select the cashback option, GWlegal will pay introducers £50 for every deal instructed.

Emma Hall, Head of Sales at GWlegal, explains:

“GWlegal launched its cashback remortgage product back in 2008. We were the first firm to offer this type of deal and, based on the feedback we received, it was extremely good value to both introducers and clients alike. This is a deal that very much serves our introducers, before us as a firm.

“This year, we’ve rebranded, moved to a contemporary office space, launched GWlive 2.0 and continued to adopt modern and technological ways of working, so we are feeling particularly cheery ahead of the Christmas period.

“As such, it seems only fitting that we bring back this hugely popular product back, for a limed time this festive season.”

To instruct a cashback case with GWlegal, introducers will use the firm’s GWlive online case management system. The recently revamped software enables introducers to access cases, 24-7 in real-time, in a manner almost identical to the solicitor working on the other end. The ‘three-click system’ means cases can be instructed in moments in as a little as three-clicks. This, the firm says, is among the simplest case management processes in the country.

The Christmas Cashback is available until December 31 2017.
