Due to the increased complexity and pressure of compliance, more and more law firms are outsourcing their compliance. As a result Legal Eye have been carefully recruiting and we are delighted to announce the appointment of 3 new team members.

Dawn Stone has joined as an Associate, Kertu Kallas has joined as a Compliance Assistant and Emma Robins has joined as an Associate / Compliance Consultant.

Dawn has over 15 years experience in Sales, Business Development and Account Management, working in a variety of market sectors.  Since 2008 Dawn has worked as an account manager for two leading conveyancing companies and panel managers (Easier2move and myhomemove), dealing with Lenders, Estate Agents, Financial Services and Legal Firms. During that time Dawn has been responsible for key accounts within the business, and has contributed significantly to key projects where compliance is at the core.
Before joining Legal Eye, Kertu was working as a HR and Administrative Officer in a busy property law practice. She was responsible for administrative and business support to a busy team of lawyers, liaising with national and international Clients. She also developed her skills in internal and regulatory compliance auditing together with business process development.  Most recently Kertu has been involved in legal Client database development and management, using this in Client base expansion and business service marketing.
Emma has over 13 years experience working within the Financial Services, Insurance Services and latterly the Legal Industry delivering results from idea generation through to formal launch and beyond.  Prior to joining Legal Eye, Emma enjoyed a successful career within a FTSE 50 Financial Services company. Her main responsibilities included developing and leading high level strategic Projects, implementing changes with a view to developing and improving business procedures resulting in improved business efficiencies. By taking an outwards-in approach Emma provides practical advice to her clients

“Having spent a number of years within the Financial and Insurance Services industry, I gained extensive experience analysing and managing strategic change through to execution.  In addition and more recently, I have acquired a vast amount of knowledge within regulatory, compliance and quality standard adherence via regulatory led Projects.  Joining Legal Eye Ltd is an exciting opportunity and is a natural and perfect fit for my continuing development within the Legal industry.  I am very excited for the future and look forward to beginning my journey with Legal Eye Ltd."
