Latest affiliate joins the Conveyancing Association

Conveyancing trade body The Conveyancing Association (CA) has announced the latest affiliate member to join its programme offering the opportunity for suppliers to engage with CA members through events, meetings and promotional activity.

NYSE-listed WNS is the latest supplier to become an affiliate member, following in the footsteps of among others, Landmark, PEXA, Coadjute, and most recently Post Partner in September 2023. WNS describes itself as ‘a leading provider of global digital-led Business Process Management (BPM) solutions’ working with large and mid-size conveyancing and full service law firms. It offers a range of solutions including outsourced back-office administration, contract drafting and title checking.

Writing in this publication, CA Non-Executive Chair Nicky Heathcote described the association as ‘not just a professional body, it is a vital ally for conveyancing firms navigating the complexities of the modern property market’ pointing to the shiofting political landscape, reforms to the home buying and selling process, and its part in championing the role of conveyancers c

CA affiliate members are offered the opportunity to attend meetings and conferences hosted by the association, and provide promotional messages, special offers and collateral to CA members. WNS will be taking part in future CA events throughout 2024 and 2025 and will be attending the CA’s 2025 Annual Conference & Dinner, which will be taking place in early 2025.

Commenting on their decision to become an affiliate member Himanshu Bhardwaj, Business Unit Head, Hi-Tech & Professional Services at WNS, said:

“WNS is committed to deliver transformational outcomes to the legal fraternity with domain expertise coupled with advanced proprietary operational excellence frameworks and flexible engagement models. As an extension to that, we are excited to be included among the Conveyancing Association’s Affiliate members and look forward to effectively engaging with the members and serving the fraternity in the UK.”

Nicky Heathcote, added:

“We are very pleased to welcome WNS as the CA’s newest Affiliate member and are looking forward to working with them, introducing the business to our members, and seeing them take a full part in the Association’s events and next year’s Conference. Becoming an Affiliate member shows the importance stakeholders place on the conveyancing sector and the CA’s place within it, and all our Affiliates provide insight and resource which help us drive our workstreams and objectives. We’re sure WNS will be a key Affiliate member within the Association for many years to come.”
