The Land Registry is replacing its 08 phone numbers with a new 0300 number.
Its customer support line has already changed to the new prefix as of August 1, which means phone calls are now charged at the standard national rate, bringing the Land Registry in line with other public sector organisations.
The 0300 numbers will also be applied to the following lines:
- Customer support: 0300 006 0411
- Customer support for Welsh speakers: 0300 006 0422
- Bankruptcy enquiries: 0300 006 6107
- Commercial Services team: 0300 006 0478
The existing 08 number for any of these lines will work for the next six months before being fully withdrawn.
The changes do not affect the Land Registry’s online customer support.
