Lancashire firm appoint new director for residential conveyancing

A former partner at Linder Myers LLP has been appointed as a Director and Head of Conveyancing at Preston based Harrison Drury.

Liverpool University graduate Duncan Rawlinson was at Lytham St Annes based Linder Myers for six years and brings with him a number of specialisms, including property transactions for high-net-worth individuals, major relocation projects and cross-border transactions between England and Wales, Scotland and Ireland.

Duncan, who lives in nearby Garstang, said: “It feels good to be part of the Harrison Drury family. The firm has grown in a sustainable way over the last few years and has a great culture. I’m relishing the prospect of helping the firm further enhance its residential conveyancing service.”

Damian Baron, head of the Home and Family team at Harrison Drury, said: “Duncan has a great reputation with his clients and professional contacts alike. His knowledge and expertise in handling residential conveyancing matters, including more complex transactions will really help us. It’s great to have him on board.”

Harrison Drury’s residential conveyancing team is part of the firm’s dedicated Home and Family service, which offers a complete legal service to individuals for divorce and family matters, residential property transactions, and wills and inheritance issues.
