King’s Award for Enterprise 2024 Awarded to Conveyancing Platform

King’s Award for Enterprise 2024 has been awarded to a digital conveyancing platform for its track record of delivering innovative technologies to the conveyancing profession.

Legal technology provider InfoTrack has been selected to receive the King’s Award for Enterprise 2024 for Innovation, a remarkable achievement for the 9-year-old business. InfoTrack is one of only 59 organisations throughout the UK to have secured recognition in the innovation category this year.

With pressure from home movers to use convenient and secure technology, record-high transaction volumes during the SDLT holiday, an increasingly competitive business landscape, and regulatory changes, digital transformation has been at the forefront of ensuring the sector evolves and prospers.

InfoTrack first opened its doors in July 2015 with the aim of improving conveyancing through the provision of great technology. Since then, it has grown to a team of over 300 people with offices in Woking, London and Leeds. Supporting more than 2,000 law firms and conveyancing businesses across England and Wales, InfoTrack’s digital conveyancing platform provides solutions including digital client onboarding, digital contract packs, property searches, reporting on title, and post completion services including the most-trusted digital AP1 solution. Scott Bozinis, InfoTrack CEO commented:

“We’re honoured and humbled to have been selected for the King’s Award for Enterprise. The conveyancing sector has come a long way in the last decade, and we’re very proud to have played a key role in helping it to move forwards. We’re so grateful to all our clients and partners for their faith in us and for supporting the innovations that are adding to every part of the conveyancing process.

It’s really humbling to receive such a prestigious award. Watching the way the conveyancing profession has adopted new technology and embraced the innovative solutions we’ve brought to market is so exciting. When we started on this journey to help digitise the conveyancing process in 2015, we could have only hoped for such enthusiasm from those on the front lines. We appreciate every client and partner that has supported us along the way, and we can’t wait to see what the future holds for what we can achieve together.”

The 2024 awards recipients are being announced on the one-year anniversary of His Majesty The King’s coronation. The King’s Awards for Enterprise, previously known as The Queen’s Awards for Enterprise, were renamed last year to reflect His Majesty The King’s desire to continue the legacy of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II by recognising outstanding UK businesses. The Award programme, now in its 58th year, is the most prestigious business award in the UK celebrating the success of exciting and innovative businesses which are leading the way with pioneering products or services.
