IQ Legal Training has announced that it will be hosting its inaugural Residential Conveyancing and Commercial Property Conference aimed at transactional property lawyers on 3rd October 2023 at the historic Oulton Hall Hotel, Spa and Golf Resort in Yorkshire.

The conference will be split into two sessions; the morning will focus on residential transactions and the afternoon will be dedicated to commercial transactions. Presentations will be delivered by Ian Quayle accompanied by barristers Tom Graham and Nigel Clayton and delegates will be able to attend the event for a half day, or for the full day, depending on their specific interests and requirements.

IQ Legal Training Chief Executive, Ian Quayle, said:

”I have noticed that there is growing demand for face-to-face training from clients of various kinds, and we have specifically designed this event to allow the legal community to come together and share information and experiences.”

The conference is sponsored by Dye & Durham, and Stewart Title Ltd, and representatives of HMLR will be in attendance. Time will be allocated for professional development allowing attendees to explore relevant topics and network with peers, and extensive notes will be provided.

The event costs £100 + VAT per delegate for attending the full day or £50 +VAT for a half day. Bookings can be made online at iqlegaltraining.com. Tickets are limited so please book early to guarantee your place.
