Ipswich Building Society teams up with LMS

The Ipswich Building Society has partnered with LMS, the conveyancing panel management specialist.

This further strengthens LMS’ commitment and connection to the building society sector.

Ipswich Building Society offers lending across the Eastern Region for direct applicants and across the country to brokers based in the East of England.

It has a range of mortgage products and offers a flexible approach through its manual underwriting.

LMS will help Ipswich Building Society uphold their commitment to providing superior service by offering the building society’s clients access to fee assisted remortgage products.

Andy Knee, Chief Executive of LMS, said: “We are delighted to announce that we will be providing services for Ipswich Building Society and its members.

"Ipswich is committed to offering clients the highest possible level of service whilst also offering attractive product pricing and we look forward to working with them. We are also pleased to be expanding further into the building society sector.”

Michelle Stevens, Head of Mortgage Sales at Ipswich Building Society, said: “We review mortgage cases on their individual merits, using applicants own verified expenditure for affordability rather than relying on computer models.

"With the addition of fee assisted legals for our remortgage products we can bring our service to even more brokers and borrowers.”
