inCase announces new video calling feature

inCase, the first mobile application dedicated to helping law firms improve communication with clients efficiently and securely, has announced a new video calling feature as the latest addition to their popular app.

This feature lets lawyers and fee earners talk directly to clients, in real-time, using their smartphones.

This is an exciting upgrade for firms who want to stay connected with their clients without the need to use multiple platforms and avoiding combability issues. It adds no extra work for firms – they simply schedule the call directly from their inCase admin portal, which sends a push notification to the client notifying them they have a task to complete.

But the benefits for firms do not stop there. Each call is automatically recorded and stored for later reference against the relevant case, removing the need to trawl through files stored locally on a computer and, should it be required, video transcription is available for each and every call that can be used in a court of law.

For clients, it means they can have a face-to-face conversation with their lawyer without even needing to leave the comfort of their own home, scheduled at a time that is convenient for them. Clients feel far more in control of the process, more informed, and more involved than ever before as they are updated every step of the way.

This new functionality provides further convenience and peace of mind for clients and firms alike.
