Hereford conveyancing team expands (Topic of the Month – West Midlands)

The residential property team at a law firm in Hereford has seen the addition of two new law professionals to their city centre office.

Lanyon Bowdler, one of the largest firms in the district, specialises in residential conveyancing and currently employs over 200 members of staff with 23 partners.

Loretta Aston is joining Lanyon Bowdler as an Associate solicitor and has gained previous experience within the property industry that will be of great value to the team. She will be leading the conveyancing department at their office in Hereford, and will be joining Kayleigh Hunter and Wendy Winterburn to form one of the area’s strongest conveyancing teams.

Gosia Bronisz-Handley will also be starting at the firm and will be there to support Mrs. Aston as a legal assistant, and prides herself on providing a customer-centred service.

Having a personal approach is important according to Mrs. Aston and her focus will be on making the conveyancing process less stressful for clients.

The team will now be able to further develop their services and give sound advice to a wide range of clients. Partner Will Morse, says they are dedicated to assisting both past and present clients to buy and sell their homes, which is an exciting prospect for the team.
