Harris Cartier Limited: firm in administration

Simon Wilson, Peter Holder and Anne O’Keefe, Partners at Advisory and Restructuring specialists Zolfo Cooper, were appointed Joint Administrators over Harris Cartier Limited on the 11th October 2013.

The Administrators were appointed as a result of the Company experiencing severe cash flow problems.

Following the appointment, the Joint Administrators immediately arranged the sale of certain Company assets to Gordon Dadds LLP and Neil Hudgell Solicitors.

The administrators said that Gordon Dadds LLP and Neil Hudgell Solicitors would have contacted existing clients by the 25th October 2013 to ensure a seamless transfer of cases.

Simon Wilson, Partner at Zolfo Cooper said: “We are delighted to have effected a sale of the business to Gordon Dadds LLP and Neil Hudgell Solicitors.

“We wish the new owners all the best for the future and ask that clients wait for Gordon Dadds LLP or Neil Hudgell Solicitors to contact them.”

Despite it being nearly a month since administrators were appointed the firm is still listed on the SRA’s “Find a Solicitor” website.
