Groundsure wins Agent’s Giving Award for Best Industry Supplier Fundraising

Environmental property due diligence provider Groundsure has been recognised for their commitment to charitable causes after raising nearly £80,000 from June 2024 to June 2025.

At the annual Agent’s Giving Awards, Groundsure picked up the Best Industry Supplier Fundraising award for their commitment to ‘creating meaningful change in the communities around us.’ From June 2024 to June 2025, the team has raised £79,564.51 through donations, matched fundraising, volunteer hours, and industry events.

The award recognised the organisation’s commitment to Making Every Pound Count; resulting in £49,908.89 donated directly to charitable organisations – many of them smaller, local groups that work tirelessly to support vulnerable people, protect wildlife, and drive conservation. Groundsure added ‘by focusing on these under-recognised causes, we’ve helped maximise real-world impact where it matters most.’

Groundsure’s staples of the events calendar, the annual Thames Cruise and Golf Day, raised £10,981 for Breast Cancer UK and Prostate Cancer UK by adding a small registration fee, donated in full to the chosen charity.

Internally a charity fund match scheme championed staff-led fundraising efforts with staff taking on marathon runs for cancer charities, wrapping gifts for Rockinghorse Children’s Charity and rowing challenges for Cornwall Air Ambulance. The result was £7,288.67 matched by the business, which saw £15,685 go to good causes.

When not actively fundraising Groundsure have also volunteered their time to Humanitarian OpenStreetMap Team (HOT) mapping projects estimated at £4,571, and £9,398 worth of hands-on volunteering, directly supporting international disaster resilience in places like the Solomon Islands, Myanmar, and Malawi, as well as local conservation and welfare efforts.

The award also recognised the ongoing partnership with the South Downs National Park Trust where Groundsure support with maintaining grasslands and cleaning riverbanks. The team have also been restoring habitats at Stanmer Park, cleaning beaches, packing food at FareShare, and maintaining animal pens at Raystede Sanctuary.

One of their longstanding partnerships is with Camborne Rugby Club where funding for both the First and development squads supports an investment in youth, employment pathways, and local pride.

Commenting on their success, a Groundsure spokesperson said

This award honours more than just numbers. It celebrates a culture of generosity, commitment, and shared purpose. At Groundsure, we believe business success should always bring others with it. Every mile run, every hour volunteered, and every pound donated reflects our mission: to leave a positive mark in everything we do.

We are immensely grateful to Agent’s Giving for this recognition and to every member of our team for making it possible.
