Will Digital Assistant Alexa Transform The Conveyancing Industry?

Groundsure Statement regarding CoPSO membership

Groundsure is today announcing its intention to play a leading role in the launch of a new trade body for the property search and property data due diligence industry.

Groundsure shares a belief that the future of property data due diligence lies in the application of technology to big data, more robust data standards, transparency and openness around data integrity and working with the wider industry to deliver the solutions of the future.

It is envisaged that the new body will have full recognition from the UK lending community and will also incorporate a robust consumer redress scheme.

As such, we are resigning our Executive membership of CoPSO (the Council of Property Search Organisations) from June 2019.

In the coming weeks and months more details will be shared as the plans for the new trade body are developed. Groundsure Search products will continue to be provided under the Search Code until January 2020.
