Sort Group, the national company that provides tech solutions for conveyancers, has been awarded the Gold Investors in People accreditation.
The accreditation is an internationally recognised standard that reflects dedication to continuous improvement, employee engagement and developing a positive, high-performing workplace. The accolade places Sort Group, which includes Sort Legal and Sort Refer, in the top 17% of IIP-accredited organisations in the UK.
The Gold accreditation is awarded following a rigorous evaluation process to assess key areas including leadership, organisational values, communication, career development, and staff wellbeing.
Sort Group was recognised for its strengths in areas including leading and inspiring teams, empowering and involving people, effective performance management, building capability through learning and development, delivering continuous improvement through innovation, and creating sustainable success with a focus on the future.
