Future plans for Hoowla and our clients

As we approach the end of our anniversary month, we’ve set out plans for the next 10 years of Hoowla.

If you’re new to the Hoowla story, starting in 2013, Hoowla quickly became a leading user-friendly case management software provider, simplifying the legal process for all involved. Initially focused on conveyancing, we developed customisable workflows, automated document generation, secure data storage, collaboration tools, and more. Recognising the industry’s needs, we expanded our capabilities to offer solutions for wills and probate, immigration, family law, and litigation. Achievements like integration with HM Land Registry and recognition from industry awards marked our growth. With a commitment to local employment and community support.

As we branch out into other areas of the legal industry, we will continue our commitment to conveyancing by adding further, more engaging features to reduce the mundane tasks faced by conveyancers, speeding up the transaction process by motivating and automating processes that would otherwise demotivate teams. All features currently offered now and in the future will ensure teams can work efficiently and compliant with the ever-changing world of property.

We’ll be performing a big push for Hoowla to add more features to reduce requisitions at the Land Registry. Saving time with further automation, form editing and client engagement. Another exciting goal we will be looking towards is applying machine learning and AI to the data of client’s usage over ten years to help them get under the skin of their processes and identify areas for automation and improvement.

To our law firm and professional customers, we will continue building on and improving our existing usage features, such as logging billable and bundling documents easier, as well as building default workflows for more areas of law. We’ll also be exploring further integrations that will help them with cases like getting easier access to the UK courts claim portal.

Our continued software development and business growth will support us in entering the US, Canadian and Australian Legal Tech markets. It goes without saying that all pending and future developments will have our existing customers in mind, whom we will continue to support personally and whom we welcome feedback from to continue to improve via a tailored approach. All new customers will always be welcomed and treated to our highly-rated customer service via knowledgeable support and one to one and full team training at no additional cost.

We’ll also be engaging more within the Legal Tech industry by attending events such as the Legal Geek conference and Legal Ex, as well as any others that align with our values. Whilst we won’t be exhibiting this time around, Adam and Emily are attending the Legal Geek conference in June this year and encourage everyone and anyone to find us and say hello!
