Future Climate Info takes the UK Conveyancing Market by Storm

Quarterly report shows a whopping 3% market share in first six months.

Future Climate Info, provider of Environmental Reports to the UK conveyancing market, has announced it has achieved an unprecedented 3% share of the national market since its launch in July of last year.

The company, which specialises in Environmental, Flood, Ground Stability, and Energy & Infrastructure reports, believes that the exceptional growth is due to a number of breakthroughs achieved with its products:

  • Innovative presentation;
  • Succinct reports, at just six or seven pages;
  • Comprehensive risk assessment producing fewer further actions;
  • Clear content and a full risk summary.

Essential is the only environmental report on the market to include full Law Society guidance compliant environmental and flood information and risk assessments for under £40.

Essential, Standard and Premium are the only reports on the market to provide a Professional Opinion on all of the report, not just contaminated land.

Essential, Standard and Premium are the only reports on the market to include a remediation insurance policy alongside the professional risk assessment on contaminated land.

Commenting on the announcement Matt Le Breton, MD of CLS who provide the route to market for Future Climate Info said, “CLS had faith in the FCI products and its team and so has the market – FCI is now servicing 3% of the market within 5 months of launch! FCI products are innovative, progressive and have changed the face of environmental reports for the good of the conveyancers and their customers. FCI products are now sold by all major, forward looking resellers as well as being available directly through CLS.”

MD of Future Climate Info, Geoff Offen is confident this growth trend will continue: “In the short time since our launch last year we’ve made quite an impression. Customers really like our easier-to-use reports, especially the brevity and the fewer further actions. With more resellers getting fully behind our products we’re looking forward to considerably more market share in 2015.”
