On 24th January 2024 at 10am,the Land Registry are running a webinar on Local Land Charges, providing an update and also what impact this has for conveyancers.
From the latest information released by HM Land Registry (HMLR), they are continuing to work with all local authorities in England and Wales to ensure that the work involved in the digitisation and subsequent migration of their local land charges data into a single, centralised register continues to happen.
