Former Simply Head of Technology Change joins Flint Bishop

Midlands firm Flint Bishop has appointed former Head of Technology Change at Simply Conveyancing Property Lawyers to Brinder Vijsir, to the role of Head of Technology Innovation; a strategic addition that ‘reinforces our commitment to harnessing technological advancements to enhance operational efficiency, client service delivery, and business operations’ say Flint Bishop. 

Vijsir spent over 20 years at Simplify becoming Group Senior Business Analyst before moving to Simply where he spent four years as Head of Technology Change responsible for leading digital transformation and IT strategy.

On his appointment Qamer Ghafoor, Chief Executive at Flint Bishop, said

Vijsir has previously managed large-scale digital initiatives and introduced AI-driven strategies to support business growth, implementing case and practice management systems across multiple locations, and rolling out solutions to streamline client services.

Flint Bishop add his background in project management, change leadership, and IT governance, has seen him champion innovative approaches to change management, fostering collaboration and helping teams embrace new technologies.
