Feel Good Friday : Robertsons, BDB Pitmans & Prosperity Law

There have been lots of positive things happening across the sector this week, so we wanted to share these good vibes with you as part of our ‘Feel Good Friday’ news items.

Here is a little snap shot of what’s been going on.

  • Cardiff law firm, Robertsons has strengthened their conveyancing team with Senior Associate Solicitor appointment. They have appointed Helen Barry as Senior Associate Solicitor of its Residential Conveyancing department. With over 20 years in practice, Helen has extensive experience in all areas of residential property matters and her appointment comes during a period of growth the firm, now recognised as a leading practice in the South Wales legal sector.
  • Top UK law firm, BDB Pitmans has strengthened its leading real estate practice with the hire of Dennis Ko as a partner. Dennis joins from Boodle Hatfield and his appointment is effective immediately. Dennis specialises in both commercial and residential real estate, with particular expertise in the prime London market. He advises clients on all aspects of development from site assembly to funding and eventual disposal. His clients include property companies, developers and high net worth individuals, as well as international clients from the Middle East and Far East.
  • Specialist Commercial, Property and Employment law firm, Prosperity Law, has welcomed solicitor Pamela Chesterman as their Head of Planning, establishing a new Planning team based in the firm’s Liverpool office. With over 15 years of experience advising on Planning and Environmental law, Pamela has significant experience in both private practice and local authority planning. Pamela worked as an in-house legal advisor to local planning and highways authorities, where she advised on both the performance of statutory duties as well as promoting development or disposing of surplus land as a landowner.
