The latest data for the HM Land Registry Transaction figures have been released.
The Transaction Data indicates that in February, 169,6440 applications were completed by Land Registry, this is lower than the same month last year which saw 175,9165 applications completed.
- For regional applications, the South East came top with 404287
- For local authority applications, Birmingham came top with 24,850
