A collection of conveyancers and suppliers to the property market have returned to deliver their unique version of The Pogue’s Fairy Tale of New York in a Christmas charity single fundraising initiative.
Fairy Tale of New Home is a property market themed take on the traditional Christmas song, regaling the stories of efforts to move home during the festive season. The song has been published on YouTube and below and raises money for the Conveyancing Foundation – a zero-profit registered charity whose purpose is to enhance the lives of those in the conveyancing industry and support fundraising initiatives.
Tom Bailey, managing director of Post Partner, has again led the chorus which this year features representatives from firms including Aconveyancing, Bell Lamb & Joynson, Convey Law, Fidler and Pepper, Jolliffes, PLS and Rowlinsons, alongside suppliers PEXA, Legl, Ricoh, Document Direct, Cashroom and Aries LPM. A similar initiative in 2024 captured the imagination of the property community singing Foo Fighters’ Times Like These with updated lyrics.
