The next Women in Residential Property (WiRP) Business Forum event will tackle real-world AI applications across law, property and practice.

The in-person event, hosted in Bristol on 23rd July by WiRP chair and Foot Anstey partner Rebecca Kibby, will explore how AI is being applied in real, practical ways across the residential property sector.

An expert panel will join Kibby to lead the debate.

Bird leads work on AI strategy, implementation, governance, capability building and organisational maturity, helping HMLR move from experimentation with AI to embedding it as a sustainable business capability.

Jess McQuillan, chief operating officer at GetGround: GetGround is an AI-powered property investment platform. Before joining the company in 2020, Jess qualified at Simmons & Simmons LLP as a finance lawyer. She previously worked at property finance marketplace LendInvest as senior legal counsel.

Tasha advocates for the practical and responsible use of AI in lettings, helping agents streamline processes while retaining the human judgement and personal service the industry requires.

Sara Wilson, executive director of IT at Foot Anstey: Sara has over 25 years of experience delivering technology change into organisations. After spending 10 years in legal technology at a regional law firm, she moved to the BBC’s Design and Engineering team to deliver some of its flagship online products prior to moving into the finance and banking sector.
