Midland’s firm Aconveyancing took home seven awards at last week’s ESTAS Awards, celebrating the best agents, property lawyers, mortgage brokers and suppliers across the UK.
Leicester were delighted to take gold in the East Midlands conveyancing category and the West Midlands team enjoyed a clean sweep in their regional line-up, with Tamworth, Bromsgrove and Solihull offices taking gold, silver and bronze respectively.
In the newly established Working Better Together category, the business took joint gold, alongside C residential. Leicester’s Donna Richardson proudly walked away with a coveted People Award, recognising 60 stand-out professionals across the industry. Each of the four offices were also named Best in Postcode.

The awards, which this year celebrated their 20th birthday, power the ESTAS own customer review platform which recognises the best conveyancers for customer service based on ratings from clients who have been through the whole moving experience with an agent. This year’s results were calculated from over 300,000 customer review ratings.
