The ESTAS Conveyancer Awards Are Almost Here

This Friday sees the biggest and best bash in our industry take place, when The ESTAS Conveyancer Awards sponsored by SearchFlow are held at the prestigious Grosvenor House Hotel on Park Lane, London.

The ESTAS are the most prestigious awards for property professionals in the UK. This is because shortlisted and winning firms are selected purely on customer service ratings provided by clients. Over 40,000 have completed an ESTAS survey so far this year.

Simon Brown, Founder of The ESTAS explains “We live in a world where customer reviews are becoming increasingly important in the consumer decision making process so The ESTAS is a kite mark for excellent service for any property professional involved in the house moving process.  We’ve been recognising estate agents for 16 years now so we believed a similar award scheme for conveyancers was long overdue. We’re absolutely delighted how firms have embraced them and the sector clearly wants these customer focused awards.”

The event (which has sold out) will be attended by 400 of the UK’s top conveyancers. Phil Spencer, the country’s favourite TV property expert and ESTAS brand ambassador since 2003, will host the awards presentation. Spencer said “The ESTAS are special because shortlisted and winning firms are selected purely on the service firms deliver to their clients day after day. Real feedback from real customers experiencing real service, I don’t think there can be a greater honour in the industry than to receive an award based on that mantra.”

Guests attending the awards will be in very special surroundings as Grosvenor House Hotel hosts some of the most glamourous events each year, including the BAFTAS. The post awards celebrations will include a live swing set led by Paul Roberts – lead singer of The Stranglers believe it or not!

Today’s Conveyancer will bring you all the news from the big night next week.
