Elan Technology Group Ltd has upgraded its Council of Property Search Organisations (CoPSO) membership to associate level. The change means Elan will be “more deeply involved” in CoPSO’s work, as well as contributing to the development and deliver of CoPO’s buying and selling reform strategy.
CoPSO, a membership body for property information providers, has over 90 members representing over two thirds of property searches.
As a search and integrated technology provider supporting the property industry, Elan brings a broad perspective on the opportunities and challenges facing the sector, underpinned by a network of 37 search companies and search agents licensing its technology.
Andrea Glover, director and co-founder of Elan Technology Group Ltd, said: “As an associate member, we will have greater opportunities to contribute to CoPSO’s strategy development work and collaborate with partners across the industry.
“Having a seat around the table is important to us, not only so that we can represent the interests and perspectives of our organisation, but also so that we can help influence and support the collective direction of the sector.”
Allison Bradbury, chair of CoPSO, added: “We are delighted to welcome Elan as a new associate member of CoPSO.
“We look forward to welcoming them to working group sessions to have strategic conversations to ensure that, across the membership network, everyone is roadmap ready for home buying and selling reform”.
