Entries for the recently announced British Conveyancing Awards are now open. Following the success of the sell-out 2022 awards, the third edition of the event has a new larger venue at 8 Northumberland Avenue, London, and new headline sponsor in Groundsure.
The awards return on 23rd March 2023 and will again recognise and celebrate the conveyancing industry. The awards this year will coincide with National Conveyancing Week; an initiative designed to Inform; Educate; Assist; Motivate; Reassure; Help recruit new entrants; Improve the profile of conveyancers and conveyancing and ensure fees can be set at and kept at an acceptable level.
The awards have followed the trials and tribulations of conveyancers over the last 3 years, from lockdown and reopening of the industry; the massive demand generated by the SDLT “holiday;” through to the new normal.
In 2023 we face new challenges. Speed, data accuracy, repetition and recruitment continue to hamper progress. The national press has taken to bashing conveyancers for the ills of the home moving process.
Conveyancers face increasing pressure from colleagues in the industry and consumers who simply don’t understand the role of a conveyancer; “to legally transfer property from one owner to another.”
And yet, you continue to turn up day in day out; you work hard to represent your clients to the best of your ability; and ultimately you enable them to move into their dream home.
So, hang your capes up at the door… conveyancers are super heroes.

Early Bird Entry is available until midnight on 11th November 2022 at a rate of £129.00 +VAT which enables you to enter up to three categories. You do not need to submit your entry immediately.
