Reporting to Ronan Jennings and joining the e.surv board, Paul will be responsible for the further development, design and implementation of risk management solutions and control measures that enhance achievement of our business objectives. He will oversee the effectiveness of the Risk & Audit and Technical & Compliance functions, and will work alongside the business and clients to agree and maintain an ongoing risk plan, developing processes that enable strong business accountability and awareness of risk at various levels of management.
With over 20 years’ experience in fraud and risk management, both in the UK and the USA, Paul most recently held a senior role with Lloyds Banking Group, where he was responsible for application fraud prevention and detection operations for retail products, and had oversight of property risk. Leveraging his extensive business and governance experience, he will provide a vital interface between the operation and its markets, providing assurance on the effectiveness of controls.
