Consultant-style law firm Setfords are one of just 25 companies globally to achieve double gold accreditations as part of its Investors in People assessment; and the only law firm to have achieved the landmark.
Investors in People is a recognised accreditation setting industry standards for people management and leadership. Following their silver accreditations for “We Invest in People” and “We Invest in Wellbeing” in 2023, Setfords’ 2024 Investors in People assessment resulted in them being awarded Gold in both accreditations.
On its website, Investors in People (IIP) say around 85% of employees are not engaged at work, and just under three quarters would leave if the right opportunity came along. IIP is a global accreditation and benchmark, recognising companies that can demonstrate a clear commitment to their people, fostering a culture of continued engagement, development, and investment. The assessment process includes review of firms’practices, policies, leadership, and strategy conducted by independent assessors and includes information and feedback from employees from across the business.
