Digital conveyancing company celebrates 10-year milestone

The legal tech company behind a platform that allows conveyancers to manage the lifecycle of a transaction from one digital dashboard is celebrating its 10-year milestone.

InfoTrack UK launched in 2015 and is now used by 25,000 conveyancers across England and Wales. Last year, the company was recognised with the King’s Award for Enterprise in Innovation for its role in modernising the conveyancing sector through technology.

The company has been responsible for several digital conveyancing milestones. In its launch year, InfoTrack introduced the UK’s first digital AP1 submission. In 2019, the electronic client onboarding solution (eCOS) was added to the platform to allow law firms to gather client information and verify identities digitally. It also became the first provider to support electronically signed deeds.

‘Since launch, eCOS has onboarded over one million people, easing administrative pressure and reducing risk from day one’, the company said.

“Over the years, the business has redefined how law firms manage key stages of a property transaction, from being first to digitise enquiries and contract packs to enabling over a million property searches each year.”

The platform is one of the UK’s most widely used legal technology services, used by 2,400 law firms and 25,000 conveyancers – around two thirds of the conveyancing profession in England and Wales. Its software underpins thousands of transactions across the country every day.

InfoTrack CEO Scott Bozinis said of the milestone:

“Our 10-year anniversary is a moment to thank our clients and our team for trusting us and challenging us every step of the way. We started InfoTrack with the belief that technology should take away complexity and give lawyers more time to focus on their clients.

“From day one, our goal has been to make conveyancing better for everyone. Our success has always come from listening to our clients and building solutions that fit around the way they work. That belief is as true today as it was ten years ago. We are excited about the next chapter and the new innovations we will bring to the industry.”
