DevAssist – Pioneering legal service acknowledged at Modern Law Conveyancing Awards

DevAssist are delighted to announce that they walked away with a Highly Commended recognition for the ‘Innovation of the Year’ award category, last Thursday 12th July at the Modern Law Conveyancing Awards 2018.

The award criteria states that an innovative project or product must have either:

  • Transformed a key element of a department’s culture or performances; or
  • Broken new ground in the delivery of services to clients.

Hosted by comedian Patrick Monahan, the event was held at The Rum Warehouse in Liverpool. The now well-known inaugural conveyancing awards, organised by Modern Law Magazine , had an exceptionally impressive turnout.

Managing Director, Paul Addison was delighted with the acknowledgment by the judges in such a competitive field; ‘I am delighted to have DevAssist recognised by the judging panel to have broken new ground in such a busy area of the legal industry, well done to the very worth winners inCase on their win too! It just goes to show that the Conveyancing industry really is wanting to move forward and offer their clients the very best in innovative solutions. ‘

So how does DevAssist innovate? As the only company that audits locations for development risk and opportunities, buyers, solicitors and lenders are all potentially protected by the reports DevAssist provides.

Each report gives a thorough understanding for the practitioner and enables the client to have faith that their legal advisor is looking after their best interests.

Any potential risk are flagged by the report allowing for decisions to be made and further due diligence where necessary to be actioned, arming lawyers with the confidence they need to ensure that their client’s needs are always paramount.
