Demonstrating compliance with the CQS Core Practice Management Standard 2022

The Law Society recently announced the launch of the new CQS Core Practice Management Standard which became compulsory for CQS accredited practices to follow from 1st of May 2022.

In addition, the highly anticipated date for the formal commencement of onsite CQS Assessments was also announced as being in effect from 1st May 2022 with firms being advised to be “assessment ready” from this date.

This live session presented by CQS Lead Assessor Tracy Thompson will look in detail at the key requirements of the 2022 Core Practice Management Standard (CPMS) and what firms will need to have in place to demonstrate compliance with the 40 individual requirements.
