In December’s transaction data released by HM Land Registry, it appears that there has been a slight dip in the number of applications being processed.
The Transaction Data indicates that in December, 1,694,387 applications were completed by Land Registry. This is down from November’s data, but also a dip compared to December 2019 too.
Transactions completed by HM Land Registry for the month of December is recorded at 57,632.
- For regional applications, the South East came top with 409,245
- For local authority applications, Birmingham came top with 24,481
