The Transaction Data indicates that in December, 1,271,900 applications were completed by Land Registry.
- For regional applications, the South East came top with 295,204
- For local authority applications, Birmingham came top with 19,076
From the total applications completed, 1,251,331 were from account customers, of which:
- 345,451 were applications in respect of registered land (dealings)
- 528,513 were applications to obtain an official copy of a register or title plan
- 198,658 were searches
- 83,762 were transactions for value
